At first i was worried since my delivery was supposed to come in before 11 and they were pushing an hour late. I gave a quick call to Ali and he got in touch swiftly to ensure me about the status of my delivery was on its way. We ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon where they were able to arrive on time. They were professional and careful about switching out my old mattress with the new one. Very confident and apologetic for the mix up earlier. Overall I would say that the service provided to me was very good.

It is not easy to find a mattress that suits you, but thanks to Sleep Masters, I now own a great Aurora Gel mattress that allows me to rest without tossing and turning in my sleep.
